Additional labor or delays caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.

7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation

Mr. Mike’s Home Repair provides a workmanship warranty where applicable, typically for twelve (12) months unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • misuse or neglect

  • normal wear and tear

  • acts of God (storms, flooding, fire, etc.)

  • work performed by others

  • materials or fixtures supplied by the customer unless agreed otherwise

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Clients wishing to opt out must notify us in writing prior to the start of work.
